Dispatch / Expedite (Cargo Vans / Box Trucks)

• Coordinating and dispatching trucks (Cargo Vans, Box Trucks) across the United States;
• Communicating with drivers on a daily basis, providing updates, instructions, and support throughout the load;
• Booking loads through load boards and direct broker communication;
• Monitoring load status from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performance;
• Negotiating rates with brokers and maximizing profitability per load;
• Providing drivers with all necessary load details and ensuring full understanding of instructions;
• Resolving issues in real-time (delays, breakdowns, rescheduling, etc.);
• Maintaining accurate records in TMS and updating load statuses;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and drivers;
• Working in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility for operational results.

• Experience in American logistics (preferably expedite dispatching) is highly preferred;
• Fluent English: clear, confident, and professional communication with brokers and drivers is mandatory;
• Fluent Russian;
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to confidently communicate with brokers;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions under pressure;
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high workload;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned trucks and loads;
• Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly explain instructions, manage drivers, and handle objections;
• Genuine interest in communication and operations: you should enjoy constant interaction, problem-solving, and active coordination (this is not a passive or routine role);
• High level of stress tolerance and ability to stay focused during night shifts;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in TMS and documentation;
• Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with US market hours);
• Result-oriented mindset with focus on performance and efficiency.

• 9-hour working day; 5-day workweek;
• Night shifts aligned with US operations; schedule: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM and 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (winter time);
