To manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
To identify customers’ needs and, depending on this, clarify information or provide consultation.
To follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
To manage and guide customers through difficult calls or issues, researching each issue and providing solutions.
To keep records of all conversations in the WIUT Call Centre database and Bitrix comprehensively.
To make outbound calls to customers when needed.
To undertake any other duties within his/her competence as assigned by the Call Centre Coordinator, Customer Relations Manager, or Head of the Information and Customer Services Department.
