We are a UK-based company hiring customer service and call center representatives based in Uzbekistan to provide high-quality support to English-speaking customers. This is a remote, full-time position with a supportive team, training provided, and clear career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails professionally and promptly
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and requests according to company procedures
- Log interactions and update customer records accurately in CRM
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors and follow up to resolution
- Meet quality, productivity and KPI targets
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English (B2+); clear phone voice and active listening skills
- Customer-focused attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM tools quickly
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
- Prior call center / customer service experience is a plus but not required
