- To ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of a busy Call Center.
- To handle call requests for external numbers from members of staff.
- To answer and transfer calls to respective extension politely and efficiently.
- To liaise or coordinate with other Dept. for follow-up of requests.
- To answer general inquiries about the services and company.
- To check and respond to emails and correspondence.
- To file and recording of documents and reports.

An enthusiastic individual, who enjoys being part of successful and productive team, who is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and develop innovative and creative solutions to problems, who can work well under his/her own initiative and can demonstrate high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines even under significant pressure.
Candidates must possess strong ability to perform effectively and must be fluent in English, Russian and in Uzbek.
Terms:
We can offer salary that would range from USD700 to USD1000 per month based on hours worked.
Shifts and days off will be on rotation based however candidates must keep in mind that we work according to Eastern Standard Time (USA) which means candidates must be able to take work schedules from 16:00 in the afternoon through 07:00 in the morning local time in Uzbekistan.
