Sales Agent (Fuel Card Services — US Market)
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic fuel card services team. Your mission is to convert qualified leads into active clients by mastering negotiations, handling objections, and closing deals. What You Will Do:
Close Deals: Convert pre-qualified B2B leads provided by the company.
Negotiate & Persuade: Identify customer needs and present our fuel card solutions effectively.
Handle Objections: Confidently address concerns and negotiate pricing/terms.
Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Outbound Activity: Conduct cold calls during remaining time to build a robust pipeline.
Exceed Targets: Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and KPIs.
What We Are Looking For:
Language Proficiency: Russian (C1/Fluent), English (IELTS 6.5+), and Uzbek (Fluent).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (B2B or logistics preferred).
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and "closing" skills.
Mindset: Target-oriented, resilient, and tech-savvy (basic CRM knowledge).
