Job Title: Marketing Manager (B2B Growth & Partnerships)

Location: Tashkent (In-house)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead B2B growth within the trucking and logistics industry. This role is focused on client acquisition, market positioning, and building long-term partnerships with transportation companies.

You’ll play a key role in driving how we attract, engage, and convert clients, while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B strategies to attract transportation companies
• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound channels
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with carriers and logistics companies
• Manage and track leads using CRM systems
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align hiring needs
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
• Improve client acquisition processes and conversion rates
• Support client communication, negotiations, and onboarding

Requirements

• Experience:
  • 3+ years in marketing, business development, or related roles
  • Experience in trucking/logistics is preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows
• Languages:
  • Uzbek
  • Russian
  • Fluent English
