Product manager of OTC products

As the Product manager of OTC drugs, you’ll have the chance to develop annual marketing plans and coordinate their successful implementation and to grow the long-term sales, profit and market share position for assigned products.

Required Qualification

• Higher education (preferably in Economics, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, or Medicine).

• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or FMCG (OTC is an advantage).

• Digital marketing skills. Experience working with agencies (creative, digital).

• English — B2+ (ability to work confidently with materials, lead meetings, and present). Uzbek and Russian — fluent.

• Strong analytical skills. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to work under multitasking conditions. Project management skills: oversight, budgeting, timeline management. Creativity combined with a practical approach.

What You’ll Do:

1. Strategic Planning – 60%

• Development and updating of marketing strategies for our brands.

• Preparation and defense of annual marketing plans, media strategies, and budgets.

• Portfolio planning, market potential assessment, and identification of new growth opportunities.

• Conducting market research, consumer insight studies, and competitive analysis.

• Development of brand positioning and value propositions.

2. Marketing Plan Execution and Performance Analysis – 40%

• Full cycle execution of marketing activities: digital, ATL, medical marketing.

• Management of advertising campaigns: task setting, agency briefing, creative and production oversight.

• KOL management, scientific events, and materials for healthcare professionals.

• Analysis of campaign and activity effectiveness (ROI, KPIs, brand metrics).

• Budget control, cost optimization, and reporting.

• Preparation of presentations for leadership and global teams.
