Role Summary
The Junior Service Delivery Specialist works in the Service Delivery team which is responsible for day-to-day user support and associated technical operations, ensuring high-quality support delivery, SLA performance, and effective incident/problem management.
Responsibilities:
• Providing Level 1-2 technical support to internal clients
• Incident response and remediation
• Configuration and basic repair of computers, laptops, and other equipment, as well as software installation
• Assisting other team members, knowledge sharing
• Maintenance and support of office network infrastructure
• Storage and technical inventory management
• End-user training (induction, short trainings on company software, providing consultations)
Requirements:
• Higher technical education (will be an advantage)
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software; experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office is mandatory
• Practical experience in computer installation and configuration will be an advantage
• Verbal and written communication skills (Russian and English)
• Friendliness, politeness, patience, and the ability to explain technical issues in a simple and clear manner
• Willingness to learn quickly and share knowledge
• Strong team working skills
