Job Responsibilities：

Import & Export Process Tracking

Responsible for the entire process of goods shipped from China to overseas customers, including confirming purchase contracts, arranging shipping schedules, and preparing customs clearance documents; coordinating production, logistics, and customs clearance to ensure on-time delivery; entering warehouse receipts and customs tax bills into the ERP system and managing inventory records.

2. Document Preparation and Customs Clearance Support

Preparing and reviewing export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin; handling import license and health inspection applications, and assisting in completing customs declaration procedures; ensuring that documents are consistent and meet the requirements of letters of credit or destination country regulations.

3. Customer and Supplier Coordination

Receiving and responding to inquiries from overseas customers and maintaining customer relationships; tracking order fulfillment, handling claims for damaged goods, and handling complaints; liaising with domestic suppliers to ensure product quality and delivery time meet standards.

4. Compliance and Risk Management

Adhere to national import and export laws and regulations, and implement customs supervision measures; Track the status of goods at the port and respond promptly to abnormal situations such as inspections and detentions; Cooperate with the finance department to complete matters such as foreign exchange settlement and customs clearance fee settlement.

5. Order Support:

Receives order information from sales personnel, matches inventory, and creates sales orders in the system.
