Responsibilities:

• Document management, control of contracts, and processing/transfer of invoices from counterparties.
• Preparation of export documents, translation of invoices (imports) when needed.
• Publishing the approvals received for the manager and all concerned departments of the company (product managers, logistics staff, and other internal work customers).
• Processing of applications from a company for one-time permission to import into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subsequently preparation of letters according to the letter template.
• Collecting documents for submission for a certificate of origin, filling/tracking the application on the website of Atameken NPP.
• Supporting additional activities related to import and export operations, depending on business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, or a similar technical field
• 1-2 years experience in a similar position,
• Strong Russian, English is a must (at least intermediate level), Kazakh is a big plus,
• Experience in SAP is a plus,
• A good team player with a customer-focused mindset,
• Ability to work in a global set-up and communicate at all levels of the organization,
• Meets the deadline on time,
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
