Hyundai Glovis Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team in Almaty.
This role is responsible for supporting the business in all key HR areas, partnering with managers, driving HR processes, and ensuring effective people management practices aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities - Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for assigned business functions
- Support managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and workforce planning
- Lead and coordinate recruitment activities for office and operational roles
- Support onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
- Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support performance appraisal, talent review, succession planning, and employee development processes
- Provide guidance on labor law compliance and HR documentation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compensation, benefits, budgeting, and headcount planning
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, including experience in an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist role
- Good knowledge of HR processes and Kazakhstan labor legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees and managers at different levels
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with HR data and reports
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of 1C, other HR systems will be an advantage
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Russian and Kazakh fluency is required;
