Now, we’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to help us scale our team and culture from the inside out — starting with hiring the right people and building strong people operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end hiring for key roles - especially engineers, product managers, analysts, and other tech team members
Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and close offers with a sharp eye for culture fit and mission alignment
Manage and refine job descriptions, outreach messages, and hiring workflows
Help build our employer brand through recruitment marketing and storytelling
HR Operations & Culture
Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, contracts, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with local labor law and HR best practices
Run and improve performance review cycles, team feedback rituals, and internal policies
Collaborate with leadership on culture-building initiatives across our growing team
Help design internal people systems (Notion, HRIS, onboarding flows, etc.)
We are Looking for Someone Who
Has 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment roles (ideally in a fast-paced company or startup)
Has hired for tech or product roles and understands the dynamics of building strong teams
Is fluent in English, Kazakh (written and spoken)
Understands local HR regulations and knows how to keep things compliant and smooth
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Wants to grow into a strategic people partner and help shape the future of Hero’s Journey’s team
