Make real impact: We’re looking for an HR leader who can partner strategically with business and stay hands on across the full HR cycle. You’ll coach managers, shape organization and culture, run core people processes end to end, and ensure compliance with the Kazakhstan Labor Code—all while driving talent acquisition and development in B. Braun Medical Kazakhstan with 45 employees and an annual sales volume of currently approximately 10 MEUR
Duties and responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational topics, and people decisions.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment and ensure a high‑quality onboarding experience.
- Ensure HR operations excellence: contracts, HRIS updates, personnel files, payroll inputs, and compliance with the Kazakh Labor Code.
- Support annual HR cycles: goal setting, performance reviews, calibration inputs, and development planning.
- Drive learning initiatives based on identified skills and training needs.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, and grievance processes professionally.
- Promote engagement, culture, and communication across teams.
- Deliver accurate HR metrics and reports; use data to support decisions.
- Implement global and regional HR programs and support change initiatives.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
Professional Experience
- Several years of HRBP and/or Senior HR Generalist experience in an international environment.
- Experience supporting multiple functions
- Strong background in recruitment and annual HR cycles.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of Kazakh Labor and Social Insurance legislation.
- Strong communication, influencing and coaching skills.
- Hands‑on, structured and proactive working style.
- Fluency in Kazakh and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent MS Office skills; SAP / SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
