About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Coordinator to support the IND Department. This role combines operational coordination, document control, and business development support, contributing to the efficient delivery of services and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with document control processes (DCC) and ensure proper documentation flow
- Support operational workflows and coordination of ongoing activities
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client engagement activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and track key activities
- Provide general administrative and business support to the department
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and verbal) – mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Basic understanding of international company operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance, inspection, or certification sectors
- Knowledge of ISO standards or international compliance frameworks
- Previous experience in business development or client relationship management
