• Solve the problems faced by governments, International Financial Development Institutions and private sector in infrastructure development initiatives;
• Advise our clients on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, partnerships & alliances, shareholder and management buyouts, shareholder financing needs;
• Provides advice on managing divestments and acquisitions of companies in Uzbekistan, performs valuation engagements and other corporate finance tasks.

Responsibilities:

— Taking part in different stages of Public Private Partnership and infrastructure related projects;

— Preparing and delivering financial models;

— Carrying out financial analysis;

— Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials;

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

— Degree from a leading Uzbekistan or international university;

— Experience in audit and/or transaction support is an advantage;

— Knowledge of Uzbekistan accounting standards and IFRS is a must;

— ACCA/CFA certification is a plus;

— Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills;

— Excellent writing and presentation skills;

— Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills;

— Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail;

— Non-standard approach to problem solving;

— Ability to work under pressure;

— Ability to adapt to changes quickly;

— Fluent English (written and spoken);
