Regional Startup Development Specialist

We are looking for a Regional Startup Development Specialist who will play a key role in strengthening the startup ecosystem across regions. This position involves working closely with startups, supporting their growth, and building strong partnerships with local stakeholders such as universities, hubs, investors, and government organizations.

This role requires active fieldwork, engagement in regional initiatives, and frequent business trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate incubation and educational programs
• Support startups at all stages of development (from idea to scaling)
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners: universities, coworking spaces, investors, and government bodies
• Monitor and analyze the development of the regional startup ecosystem
• Prepare reports, analytics, and recommendations to improve programs
• Participate in organizing events (demo days, pitch sessions, forums)
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and консультации for startups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Management, or IT)
• 1–3 years of experience in startup ecosystem, education, business development, or project management
• Strong document management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Fluency in Russian and Uzbek; English proficiency at B1–B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience in organizing events (workshops, hackathons, acceleration programs)
• Experience working in a startup or launching your own project
• Understanding of venture capital and investment landscape
• Experience working with accelerators or incubators
• Public speaking and facilitation skills
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools
