We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Specialist to join our IT Outsourcing Development Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong business development experience and a passion for working with international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand partnerships with international clients (B2B)
- Identify and attract new clients through digital channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, etc.)
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and online meetings with зарубежными компаниями
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Work with CRM systems to track and optimize sales activities
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships in IT or outsourcing
- Proven experience working with international clients and markets
- Strong skills in client acquisition through digital channels
- Experience in negotiations and communication with foreign companies
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1)
- Strong analytical and research skills
