Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist who will play an active role in our new product development processes in line with our mid- and long-term strategic goals and manage end‑to‑end regulatory operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting and synthesizing market research and analysis to support new product development, evaluating feasibility, and reporting findings for managerial approval.
• Initiating regulatory procedures for products approved for registration and approving the regulatory dossiers prepared for submission.
• Analyzing recommendation requests received from the field support team and reporting findings to management.
• Monitoring patent expirations of active ingredients, assessing off‑patent statuses, developing necessary action plans, and managing regulatory processes in line with the established registration strategy.
• Tracking pre‑field trials and regulatory field trials required for registration.
• Managing all regulatory workflows in alignment with company strategy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or Plant Protection,
• Preferably good command of English,
• Strong knowledge of the Plant Protection Registration Regulation,
• Minimum 5 years of experience,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills,
• Team player with strong communication abilities,
• Completed military service (for male candidates),
• Residing in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (or willing to relocate).
