Description
We’re looking for an experienced professional with an IT and product background to join our division and lead international expansion initiatives for scale-up startups and mature product companies.
This role will focus on understanding global market demand, supporting product positioning and packaging for international markets, and building strong partnerships with resellers, distributors, system integrators, and ecosystem players across Western markets.
You will work closely with technology companies to help them scale globally, identify new business opportunities, and establish strategic collaborations with international partners.
Requirements
• Strong IT / technology background (product, software, or solutions environment)
• Solid understanding of international market expansion and B2B partnerships
• Experience working with product companies, SaaS, platforms, or tech solutions
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to work with senior international partners
• Fluent English
Responsibilities
• Analyze scale-up startups and mature product companies to assess global expansion readiness
• Research Western markets, priority sectors, trends, and demand for technology solutions
• Support companies with product positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Identify and build relationships with resellers, distributors, integrators, and channel partners
• Facilitate partnership discussions, negotiations, and commercial agreements
• Develop market entry and soft-landing initiatives for tech companies
• Build collaborations with accelerators, innovation hubs, industry associations, and government organizations
• Support international events, roadshows, and business development missions
• Track global ecosystem developments and identify new strategic markets
• Provide advisory support to companies on scaling, partnerships, and international growth
Nice to have
• Experience working with resellers / system integrators / channel sales
• Knowledge of Western tech markets (US, UK, EU)
• Additional EU language
