Rayda Tour Operator RTS Uzbekistan is looking for a Country Manager in Uzbekistan.

We are looking for a proactive, result-driven professional who is ready to take ownership, build processes, and grow the business on the ground.

Someone who truly loves tourism, wants to develop in this industry, and is motivated to achieve real results.
This role is not about maintaining - it is about building.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and grow Rayda’s presence in Uzbekistan
• Build and manage local partner network (hotels, agencies, suppliers)
• Create and develop competitive tourism products
• Ensure high-quality service and request handling
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Coordinate with HQ and other regional offices

We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in tourism (incoming, outgoing, or related fields)
• Is proactive and takes responsibility for results
• Has strong communication and business development skills
• Thinks strategically but acts fast
• Is ambitious, structured, and growth-oriented
• Speaks Russian and English (both required for daily communication)
