Senior Investment & VC Attraction Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead the attraction of international venture capital and funds into Uzbekistan. The role focuses on building strong relationships with global VC funds, presenting Uzbekistan as an emerging investment destination, and supporting deal flow between local startups and international investors.

The candidate will act as a bridge between Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem and global capital markets, ensuring high-quality pipeline generation and long-term partnerships with venture funds.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in venture capital, startups, investment, or business development
• Strong understanding of VC ecosystem, fundraising, and startup lifecycle
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (C1+)
• Proven ability to build partnerships and manage pipelines
• Analytical mindset and ability to evaluate startups and markets
• Experience in ecosystem building or startup support programs is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with international venture capital funds
• Attract foreign VC funds to explore and invest in Uzbekistan
• Prepare and manage a high-quality pipeline of Uzbek startups for investors
• Organize meetings, pitch sessions, and investor engagement activities
• Support VC funds in sourcing and entering the Uzbek market
• Work with local startups to improve investment readiness and positioning
• Collaborate with ecosystem stakeholders (accelerators, government, funds)

• Experience in VC fund operations or investment analysis
• Existing network of international investors or funds
• Experience with startup accelerators or incubation programs
