Commercial & Contracting Manager

Rocket Uzbekistan DMC Silkway, part of Rocket DMC International, is expanding and looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial & Contracting Manager to join our growing team

Обязанности:

• Act as the main commercial contact for assigned markets and destinations

• Negotiate and secure competitive contracts with hotels and tourism suppliers

• Develop attractive and market-oriented tourism products (hotels, packages, flash sales)

• Ensure system accuracy and smooth interface between DMC and Tour Operator systems

• Monitor KPIs (Pax, turnover, margins, cancellations, revenue performance)

• Conduct market and competition analysis to optimize product portfolio

• Develop pricing strategies and yield management in line with demand trends

• Manage seasonal capacity planning and resource allocation

• Prepare regular budget reports and performance analysis

• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and international partners

• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or DMCs

• Proven experience in hotel contracting and commercial negotiations

• Strong understanding of pricing strategy and revenue optimization

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Based in or willing to relocate to Samarkand or Tashkent
