Site Deployment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Role:
  Responsible for integrating BYD fast-charging hardware into heterogeneous infrastructure environments.
• Project Management:
  Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring budget and deadlines are met across multiple countries and sites simultaneously.
• Technical Oversight:
  Possess strong knowledge of high-voltage DC fast charging (HVDC) installation standards, transformer grid connection processes, and grid compatibility testing.
• Standardization:
  Establish unified construction interface standards across different operators and dealers to ensure fast energization of high-power charging equipment.
• Construction Coordination:
  Closely supervise and guide dealers in completing civil works and power connection to avoid delays and equipment backlog.
• Contractor Management:
  Manage non-direct contractors and effectively drive partners to fulfill their infrastructure development commitments.

Requirements:

• Languages:
  English is the working language; Chinese is a plus. Fluency in Russian or at least one local language (e.g., Uzbek or Kazakh) is required.
• Education:
  Degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Industry Experience:
  Experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial power systems, or EV charging station construction management.
• Contractor Management Experience:
  Proven experience in managing EPC contractors and O&M service providers.
• Technical Expertise:
  Familiarity with physical integration of high-power charging systems (e.g., 480kW / 640kW) into existing infrastructure such as gas stations or dealership (4S) power distribution rooms.
