At TLScontact we work with governments from around the world to provide visa and consular services on their behalf to travellers and citizens.
Currently we are looking for a Manager for our Visa Application centre.
Main responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of one Visa Applications Centre (VAC) in compliance with Standard Operations Procedure.
Develop, coordinate and implement first-class service.
Work with the government client, other support organizations and companies to develop and enhance services.
Manage the physical facilities of the VAC to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Maximize productive efficiency within the VAC.
Proactively identify people related risk (turnover and absence management, volumes forecast).
Ensure the effective management of the team through recruitment, objective setting and review, training and development, and the motivation of staff through effective leadership and appropriate implementation of recognition and reward practices.
Ensure the effective implementation of central Company initiatives.
Perform business reporting in accordance with Company processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with customer experience focus
At least 3 years’ in team management experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operations process management
Experience in running small business unit is an advantage (5-10 people)
English (B2 and above) - must have, French (B2 and above) - must have
Proficiency in MS Office
Detail oriented, proactive and independent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Emotional intelligence
Project management skill is an advantage
Business development skill is an advantage
