HR Specialist (Personal Administration)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 HR professionals, ensuring collaboration and achievement of departmental goals.

• Handle all HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, terminations, position changes, and personnel transactions according to labor laws and company policies.

• Conduct HR audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Prepare internal and external HR reports.

• Support HR systems development, digitalization initiatives, and automation; improve self-service applications for employees.

• Collaborate with Group Office and maintain communication with government authorities on HR matters.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or Labour Law.

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience and at least 1 year in a managerial role.

• Upper-Intermediate English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of 1C ZUP and SAP systems.
