• Execute payroll, tax, social insurance, time management and benefits administration processes
• Maintain and update HR system data supporting People & Culture processes
• Act as the primary quality control contact for the 3rd party payroll and HR administration provider
• Ensure full compliance with local labor, tax and social insurance regulations
• Provide advisory support to HR and business stakeholders on local payroll and P&C processes
• Take end-to-end ownership of payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and service quality enhancement
• Update and maintain process documentation (SOPs, work instructions)
• Ensure service delivery in line with defined KPIs and SLAs
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of payroll experience as a process owner
• Strong knowledge of local tax and social insurance legislation
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in P&C / HR operations or service delivery environment
• Strong communication skills in English, Kazakh and Russian (written and spoken)
• High level of accountability, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
