We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to support the Tax & Law Practice in Central Asia (Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan).
This role is key in aligning HR initiatives with business priorities, enabling performance excellence and strengthening organizational capability.
What you will do:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Service Line leadership, offering insights and guidance on all people matters.
- Lead and coordinate core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, promotions and exits).
- Lead and coordinate the annual salary review, promotion cycle and bonus allocation processes.
- Support the design and implementation of motivation and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor labor market and talent trends to provide insights on the company’s position as an employer.
- Provide HR guidance to partners and teams on performance, employee relations and development issues.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to support data-informed decisions.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction activities.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on HR business partnering or related HR roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing performance cycles and career-related HR processes.
- Good understanding of labor market dynamics and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Knowledge of Kazakhstan labor law and compliance context.
