CRM Integrator

About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards and maintenance services in the USA. We are seeking for a CRM Integrator:

• Key Requirements for CRM Integrator:

  Education & Experience:
  - Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preffered).
  - 2+ years of CRM implementation, customization, and integration experience.
  - Proven track record with CRM deployment, data migration, and user training.

  Technical Skills:
  - Expertise in AMO, Zoho and other CRM modules, workflows, and customization.
  - Proficiency in Deluge script, CRM Creator, and API integration for third-party tools.
  - Strong skills in data migration, ensuring data integrity, and handling SQL, JSON, and RESTful APIs.

  Project Management & Customization:
  - Ability to gather business requirements, manage integration projects, and customize CRM.
  - Automating workflows, triggers, and repetitive tasks within CRM.

  Problem-Solving & Communication:
  - Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
  - Excellent communication skills to explain solutions and provide team training.

  Preferred:
  - Experience with Zoho One ecosystem (Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics).
  - Knowledge of sales processes and CRM best practices.
