Collaborate with the company's management to translate business goals into HR strategies (HR planning, organizational design, talent management, staff retention).
Act as a management consultant on issues related to personnel management (productivity, development, employee relations, changes).
Lead initiatives to attract, adapt, and retain talent in business units.
Manage performance management processes: support goal setting, analysis, corrective actions, and development plans.
Develop and help implement training and development programs that meet business needs. Provide advice and deal with employee relationships, complaints, and investigations. Work with HR departments: payroll, benefits.
Use HR management metrics and analytics (turnover, engagement, HR planning) to advise management, identify trends, and propose improvements.
Promote corporate culture, employee engagement, and willingness to make changes in the business. Management of cross-functional HR projects (for example, restructuring, new working methods, digital HR management tools)
Requirements:
Education in human resources management, business administration or related fields.
Work experience as a human resources management business partner (or equivalent specialist) in an international company.
Experience working with multinational teams. Knowledge of business English.
Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management.
Data-oriented: knows how to use human resources management metrics and analytics in decision-making.
