Recruitment and Onboarding: - Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately. - Address and resolve visa-related matters for employees in a timely manner. - Maintain job descriptions and update the recruitment database.
Records and Policies: - Maintain accurate records for employee attendance and working hours. - Maintain accurate records of yearly ticket compensation for employees. - Ensure that corporate policies and regulations are kept up-to-date and accessible to all employees. - Monitor and maintain all personnel documents, including job descriptions, ensuring they are current and compliant.
Insurance - Monitor the expiration of employee insurance contracts to ensure continuous coverage. - Coordinate with relevant insurance providers and keep employees informed of any changes or updates.
Employee Relations - Foster a positive and conducive working atmosphere within the organization by promoting teamwork and collaboration. - Address employee concerns and provide solutions to create a supportive work environment.
Document Management - Organize and store employee-related documents, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred (3-5 years).
Familiarity with HR software.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
