Your Key Areas of Impact:
Onboarding
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of our Onboarding Program for all levels of employees—from entry-level to senior leadership.
- Design and implement an Onboarding Matrix to ensure consistency, clarity, and an exceptional experience across departments.
- Partner with HR Bps, cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding aligns with role expectations, and business strategy.
- Monitor and measure onboarding effectiveness through feedback and performance indicators, reports, analytics
Wellbeing
- Leading all wellbeing activities
Talent Acquisition and EVP
- Lead and execute scalable hiring strategies across departments.
- Own and evolve the employee referral program.
- Collaborate on employer branding and represent us in key hiring events.
- Drive and support HR projects related to recruitment, onboarding, and inclusive hiring.
- Collaboration with universities: guest lectures, job fairs, CCI Ambassador Program
- CCI Generation – free internship program for students
- SMM plan to strengthen CCI’s employer brand
- Hosting reference visits for external companies
Lead innovative HR projects across onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee experience.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in onboarding/D&I and recruitment (with real, hands-on achievements in these areas).
- Highly accountable and results-driven, with a structured approach to project execution.
