Azurite Logistics is a fast-growing international logistics Group, founded in 2015, with offices across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Europe. We specialize in multimodal and railway transportation for the mining, metallurgy, industrial, and high-risk cargo sectors, including oversized, hazardous, and controlled goods.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on talent management to support our growing international team. The role combines hands-on hiring with employee care, ensuring effective people processes, compliance, and smooth collaboration across our offices.
Areas of responsibility
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for office and key positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles, selection criteria, and interview structures.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and competency-based interviews.
- Prepare and coordinate offers, ensuring consistency with group policies and budgets.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).
Onboarding & Adaptation
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth start and cultural integration.
- Organize welcome sessions and collect feedback during the probation period.
- Monitor adaptation progress and prepare recommendations for managers.
- Support the implementation of unified onboarding standards across locations.
Performance & Development
- Support the Performance Review process across assigned teams.
- Assist managers in goal setting, feedback delivery, and creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Track development activities and maintain training records.
Culture & Engagement
- Promote Azurite’s corporate values and culture through communication and HR initiatives.
- Support employee engagement programs and internal events in all locations.
- Participate in planning and execution of Group-wide HR initiatives (e.g. Proud Day, Green Office, internal surveys).
HR Processes & Analytics
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, recruitment efficiency, adaptation success).
- Prepare regular reports and analytics for the Group HR Director.
- Support implementation of HR projects, digital tools, and policy updates across regions.
What do we expect
- University degree and relevant professional certification
- At least 5 years of experience in HR (Recruitment, Talent Management)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices
- English – B2 level or higher
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
