About the Company

Responsibilities:
Full HR administration, including military records and migration reporting.
Administration and coordination of benefits programs (VMI, life insurance), participation in the review of rewards policies and procedures.
Recruitment: sourcing, selection, interviews, support throughout the hiring process, and onboarding.
HR consulting for managers.
Preparing reports and data control in 1C.
Internal communications and launching HR projects aimed at developing corporate and leadership culture.
Administration and updating of HR policies.
Participation in project activities.
Requirements:
University degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager.
English language - Upper-Intermediate level (interviews will be conducted in English).
Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code.
Experience working with HR systems (1C).
Ability to handle large volumes of information, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
