Job Responsibilities

Formulate and implement recruitment plans based on business development needs, covering the full process of position requirement analysis, recruitment channel expansion, resume screening, interview evaluation, etc., to ensure timely delivery of suitable talents to the business team.

Be responsible for handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including onboarding guidance, document verification, signing and management of labor contracts, exit interviews, etc., to ensure compliant and orderly employee relations.

Ensure that the human resource management of business departments complies with local labor laws and regulations in Kazakhstan, promptly communicate and implement the company's human resource policies, and prevent employment risks.

Assist business departments in team management and provide professional human resource support, including employee performance coaching, team conflict mediation, employee care, etc., to enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness.

Track the human resource status of business departments, analyze human resource data (such as staff turnover rate, labor efficiency, etc.), provide human resource support suggestions for business decisions, and help achieve business goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of human resource-related work experience, among which at least 2 years of experience in HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is preferred.

Proficiency in Chinese and Russian is preferred, and English proficiency is a plus, with the ability to communicate smoothly with the business team and the company's headquarters across languages.

Familiar with labor laws and regulations in Kazakhstan, with rich experience in compliant operations in employee recruitment, contract management, offboarding handling, etc.

Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills and pressure resistance, able to quickly adapt to business changes and proactively provide human resource support to business departments.

岗位职责:

根据业务发展需求制定并执行招聘计划,涵盖岗位需求分析、招聘渠道拓展、简历筛选、面试评估等全流程,确保及时为业务团队输送合适人才;

负责员工入职、离职手续的办理,包括入职引导、资料审核、劳动合同签订与管理、离职面谈等,保障员工关系合规有序;

任职要求

本科及以上学历,5 年以上人力资源相关工作经验,其中至少 2 年 业务BP岗位经验优先;

熟悉中文、俄语优先,会英语属于加分项,能顺畅与业务团队及公司总部进行跨语言沟通;

熟悉哈萨克斯坦劳动法律法规,在员工招聘、合同管理、离职处理等方面有丰富的合规操作经验;

具备优秀的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和抗压能力,能快速适应业务变化,主动为业务部门提供人力支持;

确保业务部门人力资源管理符合哈萨克斯坦当地劳动法规,及时传达并落实公司人力资源政策,防范用工风险;

协助业务部门进行团队管理,提供人力资源专业支持,包括员工绩效辅导、团队冲突调解、员工关怀等,提升团队凝聚力和战斗力;

跟踪业务部门人力资源状况,分析人力数据(如人员流动率、人效等),为业务决策提供人力支持建议,助力业务目标达成;
