Business Finance Manager

Main Responsibilities:

1. Daily Accounting Operations

• Prepare, review, and record daily accounting vouchers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant bookkeeping;

• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, cash accounts, and intercompany accounts to ensure consistency between books and actual balances;

• Calculate and process employees’ monthly salaries.

2. Tax Management and Reporting

• Complete VAT, income tax, and other tax declarations in accordance with Kazakhstan tax regulations in a timely manner;

• Prepare and submit tax reports and documentation as required by the tax authorities to ensure full compliance.

3. Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide accurate financial data for management decision-making;

• Participate in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.

4. Internal Control and Audit Support

• Assist in improving the company’s financial management system and internal control processes;

• Coordinate with headquarters and external auditors by providing necessary financial data and explanations.

5. Supplier and Customer Account Reconciliation

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely clearing and reconciliation;

• Monitor contract execution and payment processes to ensure proper fund utilization.

6. Cross-Department and Headquarters Communication

• Maintain close communication with the China headquarters and local teams to ensure consistency in financial policies;

• Assist headquarters in annual audits, tax optimization, and fund allocation.

7. Other Duties

• Handle accounting for fixed assets and inventory management;

• Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;

• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the construction machinery industry;

• Familiar with Kazakhstan tax laws and accounting standards; knowledge of international accounting standards is a plus;

• Proficient in 1C, Excel, SAP, and other financial software;

• Working language: English;

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player with high professional integrity.
