Senior credit analyst (Corporate customers and Financial institutions)

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct credit analysis of financial institutions (FIs) and corporate clients, including banks, non-bank FIs, and large corporates.

• Prepare credit opinions, rating proposals, and risk assessments in line with internal policies.

• Monitor the financial performance of counterparties and identify early warning signals.

• Review and analyze financial statements, business models, and sector trends.

• Support the preparation of credit applications, memos, and internal rating reviews.

• Work closely with relationship managers and provide risk input for new and existing transactions.

• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or professional qualification – CFA, ACCA – is an advantage).

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in credit analysis or risk management, preferably in a commercial or investment bank.

• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit risk, and rating methodologies.

• Familiarity with banking products, corporate lending, and FI exposures.

• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management standards.

• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to cooperate across departments.
