- General management of the reporting unit and employee supervision.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, environmental, antimonopoly, customs, and civil laws.
- Provide and implement legal advice to internal divisions and management.
- Conduct and control legal examination of documents, decisions, and actions to minimize risks.
- Communicate with external legal consultants.
- Organize and ensure corporate work and provide legal and compliance advice to employees.
- Analyze and summarize claims, court, and arbitration cases.
- Control claim and lawsuit work.
- Represent the company in relations with state bodies and local governments.
- Protect the rights and interests of the company.
- Manage preparation of materials on theft, waste, shortages, and other offenses.
- Prepare legal opinions on disciplinary and financial liability of employees.
- Inform management about identified and potential issues and claims.
- Ensure compliance with the law and protection of the company's legal interests.
- Control registration, accounting, and storage of contracts and legal documents.
- Execute additional assignments from senior management.
- Provide reports on work performed within specified time frames.
- Higher education in legal or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Confident MS Office user.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Uzbek.
