- Development and enforcement of compliance programs
- Oversee internal audits
- Support AML/CFT initiatives
- Work closely with executive leadership and regulators
- 3+ years in a senior compliance role
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations
- CCEP or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in policy development and internal investigations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
