Your role:
As part of the In-House Legal Department (“IHL”), you will have the perfect opportunity to continue your legal career, working with notaries, updating agreement templates, submitting documents with the authorities, and issuing powers of attorney using templates.
Your department:
IHL is responsible for reviewing agreements between Deloitte and its clients, as well as vendor agreements. IHL specialists are also responsible for advising management on legal issues, such as compliance with legislative requirements around professional services and others.
We are looking for talented specialists looking to grow and develop their legal career; people who are not scared of hard work, and who are always looking for new experiences.
Your duties include:
- ensuring Deloitte legislative compliance and protecting its interests;
- monitoring compliance with the established procedure for concluding, executing, amending and terminating agreements; making proposals to ensure Deloitte agreements are executed appropriately;
- updating agreement templates;
- updating corporate documents, including the registration and re-registration of legal entities, the purchase and sale of share capital interest etc;
- advising management and employees on legal issues;
- drafting opinions on legal issues arising in Deloitte operations, and also drafting regulations received for Deloitte’s opinion;
- drafting and reviewing claims and lawsuits;
- drafting and submitting documents with the state authorities.

Requirements:
- a higher legal education;
- work experience in a similar position of at least three years;
- knowledge of civil, corporate, employment, economic, and administrative procedural law;
- knowledge of Uzbekistan legal acts governing audit, valuation, consulting and foreign economic activities, as well as the procedure for concluding, executing and drafting agreements; working with tender documentation;
- knowledge of the procedure for systemising, accounting for and maintaining legal documentation using modern information technology;
- an attention to detail and high level of responsibility;
- good verbal communication skills and the ability to correspond in writing in Russian and English;
- good computer skills;
- good learning ability.
