- Screening applications and supporting hiring managers;
- Work closely with recently graduated candidates for Junior positions and interns;
- Work closely with Top Universities.
- Proactively search, hire and interview with Top professionals in IT field
If you have experience of evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we’d be glad to meet you. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field (desirable);
- Proven experience from 3 year as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role;
- Competency-based interviewing skills are a preferable;
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge and experience in ATS programs preferred.
