HR Generalist

Overgear.com is an international e-commerce platform for in-game currencies and services (boosting/coaching). Over the course of 6 years, we have established ourselves as leaders in the US and European markets. Every month, the service is used by over 200,000 users. The project's revenue is in the tens of millions USD, and sales span across 100+ countries.

We are a growing company with over 200 employees, and we are continuing to expand. We are looking for a responsible Middle HR Manager to oversee activities aimed at fostering a positive company culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

As an HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing employee information in HRM (Odoo) and spreadsheets
• Conducting 360-degree feedback reviews for management, team leads, and development teams
• Organizing and managing company surveys and collecting employee feedback
• Maintaining the company’s organizational structure
• Resolving conflicts between employees
• Assisting in employee terminations
• Ordering and distributing company merchandise (through outsourcing)
• Organizing employee events and online activities (team-building and entertainment)

Formal Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an HR manager, preferably in a start-up
• Proficient in written English (at least B2) and Russian (at least C1).
• Self-sufficiency: you can take a verbal task and see it through till the results.
• Big plus: you are a gamer :)
