Responsibilities:
- Process and manage purchase requisitions by reviewing documentation, specifications, and cost details to ensure accuracy and compliance with established requirements before submitting for approval.
- Support procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to obtain quotations, confirm availability, track deliveries, and resolve routine procurement-related issues.
- Assist in market research and supplier communication, maintaining effective working relationships with vendors to monitor pricing, availability, and market conditions under the guidance of the Procurement Supervisor.
- Participate in negotiations and contract preparation in coordination with the Procurement Supervisor and Commercial Manager, contributing to documentation and ensuring contractual requirements are properly reflected.
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment, proper documentation, and closure without financial loss.
- Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on supplier performance, order status, and procurement activities for review by the Procurement Supervisor and Commercial Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures, contract documentation, and supplier management practices.
- Familiarity with local market conditions and supplier networks. Understanding international procurement practices is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Fluent in Uzbek and Russian. English proficiency required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
