Digitalization Specialist

IT Park Uzbekistan is looking for a Digitalization Specialist to join the Digitalization Department and contribute to projects related to digital and IT infrastructure development, data centers, telecommunications, cloud technologies, and emerging AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in projects focused on the development of digital and IT infrastructure;
• Analyze projects related to the construction, development, and modernization of data centers;
• Collaborate with data centers, telecom operators, IT companies, cloud providers, and technical partners;
• Prepare technical requirements, analytical materials, reports, and presentations;
• Evaluate infrastructure solutions, technical proposals, and supplier offers;
• Analyze technical documentation, infrastructure designs, and network diagrams;
• Support the development of technical requirements based on business and infrastructure needs;
• Participate in discussions with technical partners and infrastructure providers.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 3+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Centers, Telecommunications, Networking, or Cloud;
• Strong understanding of data center architecture, including:
  • power supply and electrical infrastructure;
  • cooling systems;
  • server infrastructure;
  • networking;
  • redundancy and reliability systems;
• Knowledge of major data center standards and frameworks, including Uptime Institute Tier, TIA-942, ISO/IEC 22237, and EN 50600;
• Understanding of network infrastructure and technologies, including LAN/WAN, IP, routing, switching, BGP, IXP, Internet Transit, Peering, and Fiber Optics;
• Understanding of the principles of connecting data centers to national and international networks;
• Knowledge of Cloud and AI/GPU infrastructure;
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, network diagrams, and infrastructure designs;
• Russian — C1 or higher;
• English — B2 or higher.

Will Be an Advantage

• Experience in data center construction, development, or operations;
• Experience working with telecom operators, cloud service providers, or international IT companies;
• Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Experience working with GPU/AI infrastructure;
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Visio, or draw.io.
