About the Company:
Annexure Financial Solutions is a leading international consulting and engineering firm engaged in investment and infrastructure projects, including those financed by international financial institutions (IFIs). As we expand our operations in Uzbekistan and beyond, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Operations manager to join our team.
Requirements:

● Higher education (economics, international relations, diplomacy, law, management, or related fields);
● Work experience is not required — candidates without experience are welcome to apply;
● Russian — fluent, level C1
● English — fluent, level C1
● Uzbek — fluent, level C1

Responsibilities:
● Preparation and processing of tender documentation;
● Working with tender portals, electronic platforms, and specialized databases;
● Analysis of the terms and requirements of international tenders and procurements;
● Coordination with internal departments to collect the necessary data and documents;
● Monitoring submission deadlines on tender platforms;
● Business correspondence and communication, identifying and engaging foreign partners and clients;
● Confident use of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience working with tender and CRM platforms and electronic trading platforms;
● Identifying and communicating with experts
