Head of Investment Banking

The Head of Investment Banking will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of the Investment Banking division, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment with the Bank's long-term strategic objectives. This is a unique opportunity to build and expand a high-impact business line while working closely with executive leadership, international partners, and major corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Investment Banking strategy in line with the Bank's corporate objectives.
• Originate, structure, and execute complex transactions, including M&A, IPO/SPO, debt and equity financing, syndicated loans, structured finance, and project finance.
• Lead the full transaction lifecycle from origination and client engagement through execution and closing.
• Oversee financial modeling, business valuation, investment analysis, and preparation of investment memoranda and transaction materials.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate external advisors, legal counsel, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare pitch books, client proposals, investment presentations, and transaction documentation.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Investment Banking team.
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Banking, and other business units.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, regulators, international financial institutions, and strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative investment banking products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Investment Banking with a strong background in origination, structuring, and execution.
• Extensive experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), M&A, Structured Finance, Project Finance, or Corporate Finance.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, Comparable Companies Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
• Experience managing due diligence processes and coordinating external advisors.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations, corporate finance, and risk management frameworks.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
