Training Manager

We’re looking for a Supply Training Expert who will lead development and implementation of supply capability programs.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices
• Relevant experience gained through a combination of job-related training/education and considerable work experience
• English language proficiency: B2 or higher

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop, plan, and implement training strategy to manage, motivate and support training department in providing high quality work products
• Lead the implementation of capability programs to sustain functional knowledge and behavior within the entire supply organization
• Design, plan, execute, and monitor of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics
• Continue to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers by leading projects or project steps within a broader project
