Deputy Operations Manager

CAC Kazakhstan LLP is a French international company with over 35 years of experience and operations in 17 countries worldwide. We provide catering, housekeeping, and integrated facility management services at major industrial and production sites across Kazakhstan, implementing innovative approaches and global best practices.

Who Are We Looking For?
The Deputy Manager for Production Operations is a hands-on leader with experience in catering, financial management, and business development. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage multiple projects, improve financial performance, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Organize and oversee the operational activities of company projects.
• Manage and coordinate project teams.
• Monitor budget execution, production, and financial performance.
• Work with management reporting, including P&L, Cash Flow, Payroll, Food Cost, and Beverage Cost.
• Analyze site performance and implement cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Participate in the launch of new projects and the development of existing contracts.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, production, service, or catering.
• Strong understanding of management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Payroll, Food Cost, Beverage Cost).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Kazakhstan and internationally.
