We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager (Project Logistics Department) in our branch in Almaty!
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries such as oil & gas, construction, energy, and heavy machinery.Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure that client requirements are met efficiently and profitably.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
What we expect:
5+ years of experience in Project Logistics Sales, preferably within an international context.
Deep knowledge and practical experience with logistics projects/heavy lift in Kazakhstan;
