About the Role

We're looking for someone whose core strength is making sense of messy data — pulling information from scattered spreadsheets, exports, and systems, structuring it, and turning it into something clients and teammates can actually use. You'll support U.S.-based clients on data and operational tasks where the raw material rarely arrives clean or organized.

This is not a generic data-entry role. We specifically want someone who can:
- Take inconsistent, multi-source data (mismatched formats, duplicate records, missing fields across different files) and reconcile it into something structured and trustworthy
- Use modern AI-assisted tools — including AI coding assistants like Claude Code — to speed up data cleaning, automate repetitive fetching/formatting work, and build simple internal tools or dashboards
- Communicate clearly with U.S.-based clients via apps, email, and phone about the data and operational work you're doing
- Learn new tools quickly and apply them without hand-holding

We provide paid training on our specific client workflows and tools — but the underlying aptitude for structuring data and working confidently with AI/automation tools is something we're hiring for directly, not something we can train from zero.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

✅ Can look at a messy, multi-file dataset and figure out how to structure and reconcile it — this will be tested as part of the hiring process
✅ Has hands-on comfort with AI coding/automation tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar) — even self-taught or from personal projects
✅ Is detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with data specifically, not just administrative tasks generally
✅ Is fluent in English (spoken and written) — C1 level
✅ Is comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets beyond basic use (formulas, structured tables, pivoting data)
✅ Is a team player who takes ownership and figures things out with minimal direction
✅ Some exposure to scripting, SQL, or no-code/low-code automation tools is a strong plus, though not mandatory if you can demonstrate strong aptitude with AI-assisted tools instead

Hiring Process Note

As part of the interview process, candidates complete a short, practical exercise: taking a deliberately messy, multi-source dataset and using an AI coding tool to structure and make sense of it. This isn't about prior coding experience — it's about how you approach an unfamiliar, disorganized problem and use available tools to solve it.

Work Schedule

Full-time | On-site | Evening shift (Almaty time):
- 17:00 – 01:00 (March–November)
- 18:00 – 02:00 (November–March)
