Receptionist - Shared Service Center - ICS

Deloitte is seeking a Receptionist to join the Internal Client Services department at the Almaty office.

The role will involve:

• Take and transfer telephone calls received by the Company
• Interaction with the staff of the administrative department of the Company to transfer calls or take messages from callers in the most convenient way for the caller
• Sending outgoing documents through the courier services
• Receive all incoming correspondence with the appropriate immediate registration of all incoming correspondence
• Distribute incoming correspondence received between the relevant departments of the Company
• Compilation of summary reports for sending outbound documents sent through the courier services
• Receive customers, suppliers and other visitors of the Company in accordance with established internal procedures of the Company

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience is preferable
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills
